Prepared with layers of cake and thick layers of flavored Bavarian cream filling. Popular flavors include strawberry, lemon, raspberry, chocolate and grasshopper.

Soufflé cakes will not melt, but they are best served cold. All soufflé cakes are frozen when prepared. We recommend that you keep your soufflé cake in a freezer or refrigerator.

Please note: Soufflé sheet cakes larger than 12" X 16" may not fit in the average refrigerator or freezer.
